Class of Civilizations
Τhe Word of the Prophet vs. the Word of the Profit. That's what WWIII is about. And for both sides, there is only room for the Preachers in the Paradise (and they don't even have to wait for the afterlife). The rest are cannon fodder.
Write it down, kids, this is a sure winner for history exams 20 years from now.

World War IV, I'd say... WWIII was the so-called Cold War... or this is the 2nd Cold War?
Ummmm...it is the Third "Cold World" War.(the first being the Glacier Age and the secon being...ummm...the Cold War) ;-)
btw, dimitri, check out http://vandimir.blogspot.com (gotta put it in my links someday soon) ;-)
File Spider, I've been watching you for years and I admire your work. I think that the "line" you've drown in a more recent post has definately been crossed. The whole affair is no longer funny, it's a threat that could become a tragedy. if we underestimate it, that is.
Now, I've chosen to comment here, because although at first sight your logopaignio looks quite well aimed, I feel that you are wrong concerning the moral superiority at least regarding materialism, that you are according to our friends the Arabs. What makes you think that the world of the Prophet is NOT a world of Profit? I have spent some time in the Islamic world and I can reassure you for the opposite.

Μavros gatos, that's the problem with wordplays: too much room for interpretation.
Nevertheless, i don't think what i've written supports your interpretation: Ι hold none of the two morally superior. You maybe right that i downplay the materialistic element of the one pole, but at least in my mind, there's no distinguish between lust for material profit and lust for power and control. Those two things so often overlap each other that they become almost indistinguishable.Whether the "preacher" is called Ayatollah or Richard Perle, it really makes no difference to me.
Good morning!
